The words to this song were originally inspired for an anniversary poem I wrote my husband when we were celebrating 8 years of marriage. I realized I could put the words to a melody that was composed by Tracy and Marty one week at practice. I added a bridge, worked on the arrangement with the band, and recorded it so that my deep appreciation for my husband and our marriage would be preserved for all perpetuity.
